What Does Our Repatriation Service Include?

PICK UP
We can arrange to pick up the Foreign Domestic Worker at the Domestic Employer at their location of choice.

DOCUMENT CHECKS
Before proceeding to airport, our team will check through that your maid’s on-hand documentations are adequate for departure.

PUNCTUALITY
Never miss a flight. We will ensure ample time is prepared so your Maid doesn't miss her check-in time. If her flight is early in the next morning, we will arrange for pick up a night before and lodge her at our Approved Maid Hostel.

CHECK IN
We will assist your Maid with the check-in procedure which includes finding the right counter and ensuring the flight ticket is issued and luggage checked in.

IMMIGRATION COUNTER
Upon receiving the flight ticket, we will accompany your Foreign Domestic Worker to the entrance of departure hall and explain to her what to do after clearing immigration and reminding her to make her way to the departure gates early.

CHECK IN
Once all the above tasks are completed and The Maid crosses immigration, we will notify the Domestic Employer.
